Hold your ground in Horde Arcade and 3D Survival. This is the official support page for Ashfall on iPhone and iPad.

Email [email protected]. Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information.
Horde Arcade
Choose your hero, weapon, and mission. Slide to steer while your weapon fires continuously. Use Fury when it is charged, and choose upgrades during your run.
3D Survival
Use the on-screen aiming, firing, and reload controls to face incoming waves. Earn coins and choose upgrades between waves.
Progress and settings
Your career and preferences are stored on your device. You can change the language and touch-control preferences in Settings. Deleting the app and its local data removes saved progress; restarting the app preserves it.
If the game stops responding
Close and reopen the app, check for an update, and restart your device if necessary. Contact support if the problem continues. Avoid deleting the app as a first troubleshooting step, since this can remove your local save.
