By downloading or using PK Remote, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Use of the App

You may use the app to discover and control compatible Plex HTPC, Plex Companion, and Kodi installations that you own or are authorized to control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

Third-Party Products

PK Remote is an independent app published by Antoine Barrault. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Plex, Kodi, or XBMC Foundation. Plex and Kodi features, APIs, authentication, and availability can change independently of this app.

Local Network Control

You are responsible for the devices and servers you connect to the app. The app sends remote-control commands to selected media centers, so only connect systems you are allowed to manage.

Connectivity and Purchases

Some features require local network access or internet connectivity. Your carrier or internet provider may charge for data usage. Any App Store purchases are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

Changes and Availability

I may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or parts of the service at any time. App requirements may change as iOS, Plex, Kodi, and App Store policies evolve.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Antoine Barrault is not liable for indirect losses, unavailable servers, third-party service changes, data charges, playback issues, or service interruptions related to use of the app.
