Terms of Use
These terms apply to the Countdowns & Timers app and the related widgets, timers, countdown views, and support pages.

License
When you download or use Countdowns & Timers, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the app on devices that you own or control under Apple's usage rules and the applicable App Store terms.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Using the app
You may use the app to create countdowns, run timers, import eligible calendar events or reminders, and display supported widgets or Live Activities. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases.
- Billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account.
- Renewal, cancellation, trials, and refunds are governed by Apple's billing rules.
- Subscription state in the app may be managed through Adapty so the app can unlock the correct entitlement after purchase.
Permissions and imported data
Calendar, reminders, notification, alarm, widget, and Live Activity behavior depends on system permissions and system availability. If you deny or later revoke access, related features may stop working or show limited functionality.
You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of any imported calendar or reminders data before relying on it for travel, deadlines, appointments, or other important moments.
Availability and updates
The app may evolve over time. Features can change, be improved, or be removed. Some functions depend on current iOS system APIs and device capabilities, including widgets, alarms, and Live Activities, so the experience may differ across devices or future operating system versions.
No guarantee for every use case
Countdowns & Timers is designed to be reliable and clear, but it is not guaranteed to be error-free or suitable for every critical workflow. Do not rely on the app as your sole reminder mechanism for life-critical, legal, medical, financial, or safety-sensitive obligations.
Termination
These terms remain in effect until your use of the app ends. If you stop using the app or remove it from your devices, your license ends. We may also change or discontinue the app or related services in the future.
