Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Pievra ("the App"), developed by Antoine Barrault. By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Pievra is a native client for Google's Jules AI coding agent. The App allows you to:
- Create and manage Jules coding sessions
- Monitor session progress and activities
- Review and approve agent plans
- Track pull requests generated by Jules
3. Third-Party Service
The App is an independent third-party client and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. The App communicates with Google's Jules API to provide its functionality.
Your use of the Jules API through the App is subject to Google's own terms of service and usage policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms.
4. API Key & Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Obtaining a valid Jules API key from Google
- Keeping your API key secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs using your API key through the App
The App stores your API key in the device's encrypted Keychain (Apple) or encrypted shared preferences (Android). However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to violate Google's Jules API terms of service
- Redistribute or resell the App or any part of it
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Antoine Barrault and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. "Jules" is a trademark of Google LLC.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future versions of the Jules API.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Antoine Barrault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any changes Google makes to the Jules API
- Unauthorized access to your API key or data
- Any actions performed by Jules on your repositories
9. Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. By continuing to use the App after changes are posted, you agree to the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
