Get help with Tunzika radio and music features on iPhone and iPad.

A station does not play

Live streams are operated by each station. Try another station, then pull to refresh the directory when you are connected to the internet.

CarPlay does not appear

Open Tunzika once on your iPhone, choose a country, and connect to CarPlay. Favorites and recent stations appear after you use them in the app.

Widgets and shortcuts

Add a Tunzika widget from the Home Screen widget gallery. Favorite a station in Tunzika to make it available to widgets and App Shortcuts.

Apple Music and Blind Test

Allow music access when requested and check that your Apple Music subscription supports playback. Catalog items and history vary by account and region. Blind Test uses music playlists; optional voice answers currently recognize French. You can type answers instead. The new discovery, quiz and profile interface currently uses French.

Song recognition and album scanning

Start recognition in Discover and grant microphone access. Try again closer to the music source if there is no match. For an album, scan readable printed text or select a photo, edit the search terms and confirm the correct catalog result. A cover image alone may not produce useful text.

Privacy and local storage

Manage permissions in system Settings. Profile offers controls for local activity and cached profile data. Clearing the cache does not delete your radio favorites or Apple libraries.
